This package is perfect if you have your event team already assembled (venue, caterer, florist, photographer, etc.) and want to ensure that your big day runs seamlessly. With the SQN Fundamental™ package, you will be able to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding and be a true guest at the event itself. We begin working with you two to three months prior to the date of your wedding.

- Up to two (2) consultations
- Attending one dress fitting
- Creating detailed event itinerary for entire event team
- Providing detailed itineraries and task lists for bridal party for wedding day preparation, including hair & makeup schedule
- Reviewing and advising on floor plan(s)
- Contacting all vendors* to confirm details and serving as the liaison between you and your vendors during the final weeks
- Coordinating and supervising a rehearsal before the event
- On-site coordination and supervision the day of the wedding by a Lead Consultant
- Assisting bride & groom and bridal party throughout the day
- Ensuring the schedule is followed throughout the day/evening
- Coordinating with all vendors and manage all “behind-the-scenes” work to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Overseeing set-up for ceremony, cocktails and reception
- Arranging for proper tear-down of event, including coordinating return of bride & groom’s personal items to hotel
- Distributing payments and gratuities to vendors
- Providing bridal party “Emergency Kit”
- Includes four (4) hours of an additional professional assistant
- Additional consultation via email or phone during planning process, as necessary
