Real Wedding: Alexandra & Nicolas
Alexandra and Nicolas’ wedding was all about creating an event straight out of a fairytale. From the perfect princess wedding dress to the classic getaway car, this wedding day was quite simply dreamlike. The beautiful outdoor ceremony started the day off on a picturesque note filled with love and loved ones. (A hummingbird flew by as they exchanged vows – I kid you not!) Following an intimate and personal farm-to-table dinner that began with an amuse bouche featuring morel mushrooms foraged by the bride’s parents, guests danced the night away in an open-air tent lit with the warm glow of candles.
Alexandra always dreamed of being a princess on her wedding day. When she first saw this Lazaro gown, she knew it was perfect for her.
Alexandra and Nicolas selected classic engraved wedding invitations, but went a bit more modern with their wedding rings, set in platinum.
Who says a bride has to have all ladies by her side? Alexandra’s best pal was the perfect “bridesmate”!

Alexandra’s nieces looked absolutely heavenly with their floral crowns!
Guests were greeted with flavored water on this warm Summer day.
The bride’s father, an active gardner, designed the ceremony arch, created by trimming the willow tree in their yard.
Draping the tree with a lush rose and green garland added a soft and romantic touch against the bark.
After the bride’s brother performed the ceremony, Alexandra & Nicolas sealed their new union with a kiss.
Alexandra & Nicolas headed off to their reception in a classic getaway car, adorned with a personalized sign.
They sure look like a couple helplessly in love!
Guests were seated at round tables of eight for an intimate dinner.
Wood accents and soft florals set the tone for a farm-to-table meal.
Pink florals and pops of greenery were the perfect arrangements for these simple and sophisticated tables.
We carried the couple’s simple and understated style throughout every detail – including their wedding cake.
We created seating vignettes in the tent for guests to take a break from dancing and enjoy the glorious club greens.
Guests danced the night away in an open-air tent lit with a warm glow.
Alexandra’s parents surprised her with this stunning trellis of greens suspended above the dance floor.
The soft glow of candlelight transformed this nighttime reception into a whimsical space.
At the end of the night, it’s all about making each other smile.
